I have started noticing changes after 30 days of continuous use. I am on my second jar. It took a little while to feel the difference, but overall, I am happy with the product.

I like drinking tea and this is a healthier alternative if I wanted to get full. It’s packed with veggies and fruits. One thing I found annoying is that it doesn’t fully dissolve so i have to keep stirring. I only drink it with hot water so far. The taste is acceptable just the graininess is what bothers me. I will still keep drinking it.
