  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon

  • 1 endive
  • ¼ fennel bulb with greens

Tip: Orange-colored carrots are rich in beta-carotene while yellow-colored ones pack a lot of lutein. Both beta-carotene and lutein are important for maintaining healthy vision. You can make this juice with either type of carrots or mix the two.

How to Make Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Juice all the ingredients together until you get a fine juice—that’s about it. It only takes a few minutes.
